Please read through our policies before booking an appointment.

New Client Deposit

As a new client, you are required to pay a non refundable $30 deposit in order to book your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Due to the nature of our business, we do not rush services or purposely run the next client late. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service to accommodate the remaining scheduled time. If multiple services are booked, only the services that can be completed within the remaining scheduled time will be performed.

Cancellations & no-shows

Canceling or rescheduling your appointment less than 48 hours in advance to the scheduled service time will result in a 50% charge of service.


No call, no shows will result in a 100% charge of service.


In the event that a payment doesn't go through, the client will be invoiced and restricted from booking any further appointments until the payment is received.


To avoid this from happening, please reschedule when you receive your courtesy text & email confirmation.

Health & safety

Not everyone who does a patch test is safe from an allergic reaction. Sometimes an allergic reaction can develop after 3-4 exposures to the adhesive or after several years. If you become allergic, you may begin to feel slight itching on or around the eyelid. Usually the morning after or later the next day, the eyelids will become swollen. This cannot be avoided or changed by switching brands of adhesive due to the active ingredient cyanoacrylate.


If you do experience an allergic reaction, you will still be able to enjoy eyelash extensions, only by visiting a ophthalmologist who is familiar with eyelash extensions to obtain a prescription cream that can be applied to the affected area to prevent inflammation and discomfort.

Children, Guests & Pets

To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, any requests to bring a child or pet must be approved in advance. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the duration of the scheduled service. Animals trained for assistance under the Animals with Disabilities Act are allowed.

Payment & Refunds

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.


All sales are final. In the event that you have any issues with the service, you may contact the business up to 3 days after the service performed.

Licensing

The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
